Nestled in 80 acres atop the Cape Leeuwin Ridge, each 2 bedroom villa captures stunning panoramic views over the Indian Ocean and Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park.

The location could not be better, situated right in the heart of the renowned Margaret River Wine district; many wineries and even the Margaret River Township itself are all within a 10 minute drive. Yet looking from your living or bedrooms across the unspoilt land and seascape, you would never guess that civilisation was so close at hand.

What our guests are saying

Peaceful and serene. Spacious accomodation with wonderful views. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for self-catering, and spotlessly clean. Idyllic location if you want peace and quiet and to get away from it all, but the consequences of being in the middle of nowhere is that the wi-fi is almost non-existent and unusable. That said, we would return.

A perfect place to stay with my mum who is mostly wheelchair/walker dependant as it is all one level. The bathroom is spacious and easy to manoeuvre in and Roger very kindly provided a shower chair. The area is exceptionally peaceful with a lovely view to the ocean. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds so just perfect!
